Ask:

As the Creative Director at MHVillage, I led the creation of Volume 2 of PorchViews magazine for the Florida Manufactured Homes (FMHA). With the collaborative effort from a talented creative team, we were able to harmoniously weave the content, layout, design elements, and photography together to evoke emotions and tell compelling stories for Florida's manufactured housing industry audience. Through close collaboration, I fostered an environment where creativity thrived, empowering each member to infuse their work with confidence and authenticity.

 

Balancing the relentless demands of deadlines and the pursuit of excellence, I shielded my team from distractions, both internal and external. I saw these challenges as ground for innovation, guiding us with passion and optimism towards achieving our collective vision.
